Our room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with lovely furniture, comfortable bed, large bathrooms. The staff were all consistently courteous and provided great service.

The service is great, includes safe parking. All the rooms are updated and big size with a comfy bed and the stuff are nice.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The hotel is quaint and lovely, with amazing views over the lake. the room is well decorated with a quiet ambiance. They serve excellent cereals, pastries, and eggs. Overall, a very nice stay with no complaints whatsoever.

The room was nicely decorated and had a balcony, just like I booked online. the hotel is in a peaceful location right in the center, which was perfect. - It was convenient to dine at Trattoria Del Fagiano, as it was nearby.

The hotel had a great location with stunning views of the lake. The breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bnaeutiful hotel in a good position, close to the lake and to the imbarcadero. Very conevient boat service to reach COmo and other locations on the Lake, withou getting jammed in traffic.Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms and a restaurant worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel.
